The Industrial Division focuses on industrial facilities throughout Ideal’s trading area, supplying electrical, automation and control products, automotive parts, and tools and equipment to keep plants running. Industrial customers can use one of three Customer Response Centers (CRC’s) to source products and Ideal’s fleet of delivery trucks get orders where then should be, “just in time”.
