Vice President & General Manager
Howie Pruden continues to serve as Vice-President and General Manager of Ideal Supply, a role he assumed in 2021. With more than 40 years of industry experience, Howie remains a key member of the company’s leadership team, bringing extensive knowledge of Ideal Supply’s electrical and automotive businesses.
Director, Operations
Chris will oversee Branch Operations, Information Technology (IT), E-commerce, and Mergers & Acquisitions. His operational leadership and strategic focus will continue to drive innovation and support the company's long-term growth.
Director, Supply Chain
Since joining Ideal Supply in 2016, Nick has held leadership roles in Automation, E-commerce, and Industrial Sales. As Director, Supply Chain, he will lead Purchasing & Inventory and Distribution & Logistics, ensuring our supply chain continues to support operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
Director, Automotive Sales
Steve has been a key leader within Ideal Supply's Automotive Division for many years, helping drive growth through strong customer relationships and strategic leadership. As Director, Automotive Sales, he will oversee all Automotive Sales operations, leading the division's sales strategy, business development, and supplier partnerships.
Director, Electrical & Industrial Sales
Adam has built his 26-year career with Ideal Supply through roles in distribution, branch management, account management, and sales leadership. He will oversee Electrical Sales, Industrial Sales, Automation, Lighting, Projects, CRC, Quotes & Contracts.
Director, Human Resources
Mae has been a strategic member of Ideal Supply's leadership team for the past nine years, bringing extensive experience in human resources across the distribution and manufacturing sectors. She will continue leading Human Resources, Strategic Initiatives, and ISO, supporting the development of our people, culture, and organization.
Controller
We are pleased to welcome Jolene to Ideal Supply as Controller and a member of the Executive Team. Bringing more than 20 years of finance leadership experience, she will oversee Finance, providing strategic financial leadership and supporting informed business decisions across the organization.
General Manager, Daltco
Mark has dedicated more than 40 years to Daltco, serving in numerous sales and leadership roles before becoming General Manager. He will continue leading Daltco Sales and Operations, supporting the continued growth and success of the business.
Automotive Sales Manager, North
Tom has built a distinguished career with Ideal Supply spanning branch operations, regional leadership, and automotive sales. He will lead the Northern Automotive Sales Team, supporting customer growth and expanding our presence throughout Northern Ontario.
Automotive Sales Manager, South
Over the past 20 years, Nadine has progressed from Inside Sales to Account Manager, earning a reputation for exceptional customer service and relationship building. She will lead the Southern Automotive Sales Team, strengthening customer partnerships and supporting the continued growth of the Automotive Division.
